Creating safe, fair and meaningful teams
This course will increase awareness and provide practical tools and knowledge on how to include safety, fairness and meaning in your working environment.
Description
Cooperation is a cornerstone of human design and human performance. In order to collaborate optimally, however, we need to have psychological safety within our environment. Using a guided discovery approach to skill and knowledge acquisition we will help you understand our biological human superpowers of working in groups and how we can safely push boundaries with others, to realize our individual and collective performance potential.
This 7.5 hour workshop will both introduce and pressure test these skills and knowledge in a holistic and structured manner.
We will explore and apply the concepts of evolutionary design, group safety, optimal communication, the performance drivers of debate, agreement and accountability. We will also dig deeper into best practice across a number of professions including engineering.
