Managers who want to get the best performance from their team are now focusing on gaining a better understanding of this complex challenge. Moreover, they are looking at ways to improve their employee experience index so that talented people will stay working for them and continue to deliver outstanding results.
During this webinar series Sean will explain the importance of a Talent Support culture, how to improve your “Employees Experience Index” and the growth of “Employee Journey Mapping”.
Each person attending will also receive their personal action journal which contains tips and exercises that are explored during the series. They can also use their journal to document all their ideas and actions that supports their learning after they return to the office.

Format
This 2-part webinar series is split into two 1 ½ hour sessions that commence at 8.30am. The first session is on Thursday 12 May and the second on Thursday 19 May 2022.
