Course Format
Unleash your leadership potential with our comprehensive coaching programme, complete with self-paced modules:
- 4 dynamic modules delivered in bite-sized videos - with guaranteed viewing for at least 3 years, to be viewed at your own pace (estimated completion time: 4 hours).
- Comprehensive workbooks with engaging activities, templates, checklists, and case studies.
- Live group coaching (1.5 hours per week) on Wednesdays at 11 am. (Attendance at live group coaching is recommended but not compulsory).
- Pre-recorded webinars (1 hour duration) for each module, can be viewed any time.
This course is designed for active participation with fellow people managers and team leaders.
