The Leader’s Guide to Performance Management is the perfect first step for any new manager, supervisor or team leader, or experienced managers seeking guidance on how to improve staff performance for productivity.
This course will help you coach staff, give constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Course Format
This course is delivered across self-paced modules a live 1.5 hour per week group online coaching session and 1 hour weekly pre-recorded webinar.
4 modules delivered in bite-sized videos each week – with guaranteed viewing for at least 3 years, to be viewed at your own pace. (We recommend participants spend 1 hour per week viewing the videos.)
Live group coaching (1.5 hours per week) on Wednesdays at 11am. (Attendance at live group coaching is recommended but not compulsory). Pre-recorded webinars (1 hour duration) can be viewed at any time.
You will receive a downloadable booklet on each module, including useful templates and checklists.
Upon successful completion of the program you will receive a certificate of completion.
